Visiting NHGRI

NHGRI is located on the National Institutes of Health (NIH) campus in Bethesda, MD. The NIH Visitor Information webpage provides maps, directions, and parking and security information. The NIH Visitor Information Center is located in Building 45, Natcher, on the lobby level.

The NHGRI Office of the Director is housed in Building 31 on the northeast corner of the NIH campus. The NHGRI Division of Intramural Research is located in Building 50 and in laboratories throughout the NIH campus and in off-campus facilities. The NHGRI Extramural Research Program is located at the NIH Twinbrook facility in Rockville, MD. Visit the Staff Search for more information about specific personnel.
