Program Overview
The Global Noncommunicable Diseases and Injury Across the Lifespan research program aims to support innovative, collaborative biomedical or behavioral/social science research in the areas of noncommunicable diseases (NCDs) and injury throughout life in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). Basic to clinical and translational research including implementation science approaches and interdisciplinary research on the intersection of a number of NCDs, or of HIV or other communicable diseases and noncommunicable diseases, are encouraged in addition to specific NCD or injury focused areas.
