Thank you for registering for the 21-Day Mindfulness Challenge Skills Group. You will receive an email from the OITE Well-Being center with more information as we approach the start date.
About this skills group:
Research has shown that practicing mindfulness can help us manage depression, anxiety, chronic pain, stress, moods, and more. Mindfulness practices focus on the non-judgmental acceptance of thoughts, feelings and sensations that arise within us and being centered in the present moment. Growing studies supports the theory that consistent mindfulness practice can improve emotional regulation, stress response, focusing, learning and more. The 21-day Mindfulness Challenge introduce trainees to various types of mindfulness activities that they can incorporate into their daily lifestyle, whether at work or at home. Trainees will receive mindfulness activities and psychoeducational information that help guide them through the 21-day challenge.
