Description of Event

Thank you for your WALS nomination submission. Here’s what happens next:

Our WALS selection committee will review all nominations in January and recommend speakers to the Scientific Directors and to DDIR Nina Schor. We will then send their recommended nomination list to the NIH Director for final approval early in 2025.

If your nominee is selected for the 2025–2026 WALS season, we will let you know by end of April or, at the latest, sometime in May. If you do not hear from us by the end of May, then you can assume that your nominee was not selected.
