*Ethics Packet – Complete within 10 business days, return to your Committee Management Contact, and keep a copy for your records.

Before You Begin the Ethics Packet:

Gather information on your investments, retirement, patents and outside positions to complete ethics forms.
Download the 3 fillable PDF forms: OGE-450, Foreign Activities Questionnaire, and the Lobbyist Certification. Please note in the PDF file, there is additional guidance for completing the forms directly following the forms and also in theFAQ section of this website.

During Completion of Ethics Packet:

Complete the forms (either electronically or hard copy, electronic signature or wet signature is acceptable).
Return the forms viasecure email or FedEx. Instructions were provided in your welcome email from theCommittee Management Contact.
Complete your mandatoryEthics Training.

After Completion of the Ethics Packet:

Committee Management and Ethics officials will review for potential conflicts of interest. They may be in contact with you for clarification on entries on your OGE-450 Confidential Financial Disclosure Report.
Ethics officials will provide final clearance for your appointment to the committee. Committee Management will notify the committee’s Executive Secretary of your clearance.
