Develop methods to improve equitable identification of persons providing unpaid or informal care to persons living with AD/ADRD to facilitate research engagement and/or to provide culturally appropriate services, supports, and health care.

  • Support at least 4 research projects or activities to improve identification of care partners, including projects that:
    • Develop and test new methods and/or measures to identify care partners of persons living with AD/ADRD across healthcare settings, home- and community-based providers, or other points of care settings or from population-based data.
    • Evaluate, refine, and/or improve existing methods to identify care partners across settings and data.
    • Explore methods for connecting identified care partners with relevant research opportunities and/or culturally appropriate services and supports.
