BSR sponsored a June 5, 2024 meeting of the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine's (NASEM) Board on Behavioral, Cognitive, and Sensory Sciences (BBCSS) meeting on the topic of “Fidelity as a Powerful Tool in Aging-Related Behavioral Intervention Research.” Discussion topics included the rationale and methods for ensuring behavioral intervention fidelity and the role of fidelity in understanding an intervention’s mechanisms of behavior change.
