NIA’s first 2024 National Advisory Council on Aging (NACA) meeting of our 50th anniversary year took place last week with one outcome being our latest cleared research concepts. As experienced investigators know, cleared concepts offer a glimpse at future research directions with the potential to evolve into later initiatives in the NIH Guide for Grants and Contracts or Sam.gov .
