Where Are Caregivers in the Clinical Trial? Evaluation of Caregiver Responsibilities in Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias Clinical Trials

This article reviews Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias clinical trials over the past 30 years to determine whether study information consistently includes caregiver responsibilities. The authors found that less than half of clinical trial study information pages included caregiver responsibilities. The analysis highlights the need to provide robust information to caregivers to support clinical trial recruitment and retention.
