This study analyzed participation incentive preferences among dementia research participants with mild cognitive impairment. Results show that returning additional biomarker results (e.g., tau PET results) may increase willingness to enroll in trials. Another incentive, remote study partner participation, was also linked to greater willingness to participate, although the results were not statistically significant, warranting further study of that particular incentive.
