This article describes results from concept mapping sessions designed to develop methods to engage older LGBTQIA+ individuals with memory loss or dementia, as well as their caregivers, in research. Recommendations, developed through sessions with one national and three local community advisory boards, included partnering with LGBTQIA+ health centers, attending social groups for older adults, and increasing community representation in marketing.
