This pilot study sought to develop a culturally informed framework to recruit Black male adults into dementia caregiving research. Researchers used virtual and in-person strategies, and partnerships with local and faith-based organizations, to recruit caregivers and non-caregivers to a dementia study. The success of this strategy highlights the effectiveness of community-centered, relationship-guided approaches to engage underrepresented populations.
