Working with their community advisory board, the Indiana Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center developed a framework (RAAISE-D) with recruitment strategies to promote participation of Black older adults in dementia research. This article presents data showing that implementing the RAAISE-D framework doubled enrollment of Black older adults at the center in four years. Authors also discuss options to apply the framework to other populations and studies.
