This article explored differences in the effectiveness of in-person and virtual recruitment strategies, looking at several different demographic characteristics. Findings show that family caregiver recruitment was 28% for in person and 23% for virtual. Family caregivers recruited virtually were more likely to be younger, white, have greater than a high school education, and not be a spouse or significant other to the care recipient, such as a child.
