The Office of Portfolio Analysis (OPA), established in 2011 as part of DPCPSI within the Office of the NIH Director, supports the NIH mission by expanding analytic capabilities through new methods and tools. OPA provides portfolio analysis guidance, consultations, and learning experiences to accelerate biomedical research.
