Volunteer music groups are popular amongst NIH scientists:

• Nerds in Harmony is comprised of NIH fellows, contractors, and employees.
• NIH Chamber Singers is a small vocal ensemble focused on careful blending of voices.
• NIH Community Orchestra bridges the musical talent of the NIH with the surrounding community.
• NIH Philharmonia is an orchestra affiliated with the NIH R&W organization.

Wellbeing

• The NIH Employee Assistance Program has services and answers to questions.
• The NIH Health and Wellness Council is a team of NIH volunteers.
• OITE has many wellbeing resources to support you during your time at NIH.
