- Support at least 4 research projects or activities that address related topics such as:
- Determining how variation in systems-level care mix (e.g., staffing, shift work, full time/part time, certification level) is associated with facility quality rating and/or patient outcomes.
- Developing and testing approaches to advance and equitably support all members of the dementia workforce in every professional level and care setting, including addressing issues such as skills training and precarious employment, and supporting the replication and dissemination of successful approaches.
- Analyzing how variation in care workforce teams (e.g., composition, relationships, skill mix) impact quality of care and outcomes of persons living with dementia.
