Understanding Barriers and Facilitators to Signing Up for a Mobile-Responsive Registry

This study explores barriers and facilitators to mobile device sign-up for an Alzheimer’s disease recruitment registry for Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino, and White adults. Results from focus groups and a survey suggest that adults in these underrepresented groups are willing to sign up via mobile device and that slight modifications to the registry design can address most reported barriers.
