Global Health Initiatives at NIH
NIH is made up of 27 Institutes and Centers (ICs), each with a specific research agenda, often focusing on particular diseases or body systems. Many of the ICs are engaged in global health research and research training activities .
In addition, the NIH Common Fund's Global Health program supports several cross-cutting trans-NIH programs that involve global health.
