BIRCWH is an institutional mentored career-development program designed to connect junior faculty, known as BIRCWH Scholars, to senior faculty mentors.
The BIRCWH Annual Meeting is a gathering of senior and junior faculty that provides an opportunity to network and share scientific advances.
