The data from NINDS-supported clinical trials are an important scientific resource, made available to the wider scientific community, while ensuring that the confidentiality and privacy of study participants are protected. NINDS requires all investigators seeking access to data from archived NINDS-supported trials to agree to certain terms and conditions.
Updates on Data Request
The Archived Clinical Research Datasets will soon be migrated to new repositories. This migration is currently underway. If you need access to these datasets, please contact the Principal Investigators (PIs) of the respective studies.
We expect the migration to be completed by the end of 2026. Updates, including links to the new repository locations, will be posted on our website as they become available.
NINDS Dataset Citation
It is important to acknowledge the contributions of the researchers who generated the data. NINDS asks all data recipients to use one of the two provided citation statements when publishing new analyses based on received datasets.
