The #NIHMaternalHealthChat will explore topics discussed in the Journal of Women’s Health special issue on maternal morbidity and mortality (MMM). The open-access special issue will be published on February 22, 2021. It was conceptualized by ORWH Associate Director for Science Policy, Planning, and Analysis Samia Noursi, Ph.D., and the articles within it highlight critical topics associated with MMM. The issue outlines a research agenda for understanding, treating, and preventing maternal health complications.
